Famel E-XF
The Famel E-XF is an electric reincarnation of the popular XF-17 moped from the 70's made by Electric Moped manufacturer Famel from Portugal. The company was founded in 1949 in Mourisca, Portugal. In the 1950s, the company produced mopeds with Pachancho, Victoria and JLO engines. In 1958 the company registered the Famel brand. In 1965, the company became the assembly partner of Zündapp, one of the biggest moped brands from Germany. In 1970 they produced the most emblematic of their models the XF-17, a "replica" of Suzuki Stinger with a Zündapp engine.
The company produced its first electric scooter in 1997 named Electron.
